Chocolate cricket cake

A delicious guilt-free chocolate cricket cake. This recipe is gluten-free and refined sugar-free!

INGREDIENTS
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Almond meal
- 1/3 cup Rice flour
- 1/3 cup Cacao powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Hoppa cricket baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Pink salt
WET INGREDIENTS
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Zucchini (grated)
- 1/4 cup carrots (grated)
- 1/4 cup choc chips (77%)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4tbsp honey
METHOD

- Put the ingredients in a food processor until you get a creamy mixture.
- Put it in a loaf tin
- Bake at 160C for 30-35 min
