Mouthwatering soft and delicious choc-banana crickety split made with Hoppa protein powder.

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbls Hoppa protein powder
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbls cacao powder
  • 2 tbls maple syrup
  • 2 tbls almond milk
  • 2 bananas, cut in half lengthways
  • Frozen raspberries (optional)

METHOD

STEP 1
In a food processor add avocado flesh, cacao powder, maple syrup, and Hoppa protein powder and blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go. Add in a small amount of almond milk if needed to thin out the mousse.

STEP 2
Place two halves of banana onto a plate and scoop with a spoon or use a piping bag to top the bananas with the chocolate mousse. Top with frozen berries if desired.
